Buyers are close to this price. I don't like the idea making a suggestion for 55 - 97, a big range we would have
I think for this suggestion the timing makes it seem like 55 should be the outlier, but if we're going to look at other sales from the same time frame, it shows that it sold to and was bought from a bot, and then sold to a buyer (so presumably 2 sales around buyer values and one slightly above).
This shows that even though 55 was close to buyers, its clear that 97 is actually the outlier here. Im okay not pricing this at 55 flat seeing how buyers (potentially influenced by the suggestion) raised by now, but 97 flat is also a no-go here. This should wait until it sells again.
