Suggesting a b/o drop to 400 keys

Sold to a buy order for 210
Somewhat comparable to the af modest:
https://backpack.tf/suggestion/5d61aef66780720b9f53e7b3
The situation is not entirely the same, but I actually believe that the drop to 210 is not a bad idea for a couple of reasons:
- Given the particular history of this hat, current was already really high (a collector that wasnt selling that was then convinced by a sum he couldnt refuse). The situation as displayed above was the evidence that lacked at the time that proves that the sale there was indeed an outlier
- Seller dropped as low as 330 keys, which is far closer to 210 than to 530. (see rationale on af modest)
- Seller has been unsuccessful below current since april (well over half a year), lowering over time but consistently below current; along with the dip a strong indicator that the drop is warranted, and arguably that desperate measures are called for.
- A BO drop doesn't work here for a wide variety of reasons (predominantly the fact that it now actually sold, but even if it hadnt, the inconsistent listing value wouldve made this too arbitrary)
- The buyer here is that same collector that sold it a year ago, and he has since removed his buy order, indicating he only wanted one. This means we're not dealing with a generic buyer here.
