Everything here looks fine to me, except to that one sale at 500 which is being included in the price range.

There's also a sale at 390, which is 60 keys below the average sales at 440, and so is the 500 key sale. The question that should be asked is whether we take the higher sale and put it in the range, or the lower one?

Perhaps excluding both considering the other 3 sales (420, 440, 446)?

Therefore, I'd call the 390 an outlier, but that still doesn't mean 500 should be included when there are 3 solid sales which are similar to each other in the price range.

I think this should be re-opened with a price range of 420-446. (or 450? idk if prices are being rounded anymore, haven't done a suggestion in years).

This would be closer to the older price range with 3 solid sales, thus making more sense rather than including another sale at 500 as well.
