if i remember correctly the dude wanted 80 at first but we were able to negotiate a little under to satisfy my budget

97k is still indate, i think you may need to include it in the range (correct me if im wrong)

oh yeah my bad, forgot about that. seems like a decent price range for it tbh

97 was priced because of a b/o drop, so i'm not too sure if it should be included myself haha. maybe someone else could help in that aspect

if there’s no other sales, then this will be a flat price because the late suggestion was just a buyout drop and there was no actual sale. suggestion looks okay as it is.
