Cannot find a sale on this thing, it's been moved around so much in a short period that I have nothing to go off through the history on the one I received, really just need it for a mini.
There is one seller on the steam market at 310NOK, which is about 19 keys if they are valued at $1.83, current marketplace.tf price.

the pricing rules dictate that you must drop the mean value of the hat by at least 15% for b/o drops, it probably should be fine as mini but not as a suggestion, i think
