How do you know that the one listed at 11 was the one that sold on marketplace? The user that had the listing does not match with the one before the marketplace bot here: https://backpack.tf/item/6594807314

Drummingfish seems to sell all his stuff on marketplace.tf. I would assume he chucked it up on mp.tf when he got it before his inventory updated, which is why he is not in the history. The person in the history does not have a mp.tf shop and thus could not of sold it on there. (it would be linked on his bp.tf if he had one)

Well, sounds reasonable. He seems to have listed it on the 16th for the first time, so at least that's some kind of support evidence:
