That rule is based off the assumption that MPTF sales are going to be higher than the item sales. In this case, the quantity of lower sales (and sellers) on the platform where, usually, sales are higher, points to this sale being high.

According to bot.tf, there are item sales for:
2.00 (x3)
2.11 (x2)
6.00
so the 15 refined sale is even more of an outlier.
thanks for using bot.tf i'm not familiar with the new ways to acquire that evidence. You have a fair point, not about mp.tf but with the actual sales.
