55, 39, 37 - sale at 39 was case keys so could be considered higher, 55 considered too high.

Most sales between 1 key + ~3 ref and 1 key + ~14 ref. The median will be around ~1.17 regular keys per summer key, so the Mining sale will be ~46 keys.

With that in mind, 55 doesn't seem to be that far off from other sales, so 37-55 should work. Median will be exactly 46.

Guess I shouldnt have closed my last suggestion, was not sure how to handle case keys being used in a sale.
