Looks like the owner just wanted some cash at the end of the day, the current owner seems to only be interested in selling it for my price estimate or to a certain someone, price suggestion looks good so far just feel like it's a shame it ended up selling for such a steal of a price, heh, legit even considered to buy it myself at the price it ended up selling for.
