The previous owner informed me when he was sniping for this effect the other TF Logo Co-Pilot was in a private profile's inventory that wasn't responding to friend requests but that was 4 years ago, and I don't have a way to check who owns it nowadays (sorry boys, no premium). I would gladly welcome more information on its whereabouts to develop the suggestion.

Is there perhaps something else that should be added?

Quick edit: the other Circling TF Logo Co-Pilot hasn't moved in 2 years, and seems to be in strange quality as well.
