Both the MP and SCM sellers sold for $70\~39 keys and $69/~30 keys respectively

I bought it for 15 keys through my buy order
Edit: The user that bought it for 20 keys was the same one that quicksold it to me for 20. On top of this, another user and I are currently outbidding each other on 20+ key buy orders for the Pistol. The 23-26 sales were also pretty old from the original suggestion, so maybe the lower sales can be excluded.
Possibly a range of 30-39 may work?
