resuggest at 184 flat. There was no 190 Key sale at all.

It's a 1/1 stormy 13th all class and already was offered 190 pure, close this dumb suggestion. I have "stalked" this hat for a while, he has never listed it below 230 to my knowledge and this was the first time he posted it with that description. by the book quicksale, even the listing calls it a quicksale price.

Pretty simple discount from owner, not sure why this needs to be updated
