Just bought it from Steam Market after following the hat for months. No price suggestions were ever made and no sell order.

Bought it with HK$ 450.60 (7.84 HK$ = 1 US$ peg rate) = US$ 57.47 so it's about 28 keys using bp.tf conversion tool.

Purchase proof: Listed on Steam Market https://imgur.com/a/C93RCKA , My Steam Market History https://imgur.com/a/tjqct5Z

Were going to take screenshot at the "Buy An Item" page but accidentally clicked it away, so need to make a shot of the Market History instead.

The seller sold it on Steam Market is not shown on the item history, the person's backpack is private and no previous snapshots available. Not posting his ID here for now before knowing would it cause any privacy issues, since Steam hides seller info until the purchase is made. I can provide it if it's necessary.

The previous owner on the item history record is banned heavily by bp.tf and scrap.tf. I did try to make an inventories comparison but it's just too much going on in one day when the item was removed: https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198129106718#!/compare/1485216000/1510444800

Again I need to clarify I DID NOT trade with the scammer but instead buying the item from Steam without knowing the history of the hat. (seriously this worries me for it's the first time I obtained an item which I'm the next owner after a banned scammer on the item history record...)

Oh and the history page of the item: https://backpack.tf/item/5253012384

I hope the above helps and thanks!

Price wise, probably due to conversion I get more like 24 Keys.

    Sold for 51.53€

    Keys around 2.10-2.13 €

    51.53/2.12 = 24.3

I'd just due the same on your side, divide price of buy by price of keys sold on scm today to make sure.

I use bp.tf key prices because it's a price for tradable keys now and it has a conversion tool for keys and USD. Bots selling and buying keys sticking with bp.tf key prices too.

Steam market keys have trade hold so I thought it can't truly represent the key price to trade now. Cosmetics purchased from Steam market are also not tradable right away but they're not like keys as currency being trade quickly. The hat is purchased at USD 57.47 which is yes around 51.53€ just the key market is different.

But it's interesting to see there is quite a different when you taking key prices from other market. Maybe averaging the key prices from popular key markets are the best way to do the math?

I'm very green at doing price suggestions so thanks for the input and info :D

Well our rules for suggestion are if a hat is bought from X site than you have to use the price keys are selling for on that site.

Sinc this was purchased on the SCM you have to use the price of keys there.

Ah I see, thanks for letting me know! I'll do that on my future suggestions 😅

could do it for this suggestion by closing this and resuggesting..

As mentioned before, you need to use the Key Price from the Steam Market if the sale happens there. This sale will end up around 24 Keys, so you can make a new suggestion at 24.
