This launcher seems to only have marketplace.tf sales within the last 3 months. Sale 4 is my purchase. I do not intend to sell my launcher anytime soon.

September 14th, $37USD / 1.84 = 20.10, rounding to 20. Excluding from range as $37 seems low enough to be a quicksell.**

Nov 1, $50USD / 1.78 = 28.08, rounding to 28.

Taking 27-31 as final price. Couldn't find other sales except marketplace. I'm inexperienced in finding b/o's, so sale #2 may have one, sale #4 does not, as I won via auction. **Spoke to Offline who confirmed Sale 1 was a quicksell, which I thought so and correctly guessed.
