Wouldnt 38 flat make more sense given the buyer of the 50k sale resold for 22

In cases like this, where the item is resold for lower than what it was bought, there are two options:

a) Include both sales, as long as they are not that far apart from each other.

b) Exclude both.

Can't just ignore the lowest and include the highest. 38 flat should work.
