Summary:

22,23,24 all qsed, calling low. Calling 32 high to balance and as 2 sellers are under that price. Including 25 and 31 as to preserve as many sales in the range as possible, you could make an argument for 28-30 but that uses very few sales, 25-31 uses 3 more and the median is about the same.
