65 key buyout
You can't b/o cap pure sales right?
Unfortunately, Marketplace sales are not considered pure and they can be buyout capped.
It doesn't make sense to me either.
I think its because people list for higher, than their pure buyout is cause of the fees. So to avoid that inflation, mp.tf sales are capped at buyouts
Backpack prices represent the pure key value of items. If the seller was willing to take 65 keys for this hat and had it listed at that amount, then this shouldn't be valued above 65.
The only reason it sold for more than that is due to fees, so the B/O cap brings it closer to its real pure key value.
