Yea, should I keep it at 12 then? Idk cuz it can't sell for almost a month at 10 with another young at 10.

You should go 10-12.

Any reason why you're not including 12? One young seller at 10 and an old-ish 10.5 seller is not enough to prove it's an outlier IMO, moreso with a drop this harsh.
