Although 21 and 22 look pretty high, they are the most recent sales on this item. The 19 key sale was today as well.
The other sales are from about a month ago, so they should be included too.
Seeing as 13 still took a short while to sell, I'm including that too.

Just glossed over the part where it says it took 10-11 days, but you should be a bit more clear about it at the end of your suggestion.

Oh lord I forgot about this mess.
There's one mistake in this suggestion that makes this range not work at all, and one that I should've found when I first looked into this. The Strange Sandvich in the 19 Key sale was NOT involved, it seems that it was sold separately: https://backpack.tf/item/1330263899
Therefore, the 19 Key sale only comes up to 14 Keys now.
There are far, far too many sales below 21 and 22 to justify keeping them in the range. This includes the two(or three?) quicksales that were not included in the range. And this discovery on the Chicken Kiev sale further justifies this, with the third highest sale coming up to just 16 Keys.
This should be resuggested at 13-16 Keys. And cut the attitude next time.
