As mentioned already, if someone paid 1000 Keys to resell for far less, neither sale is representative of this item's price and neither should be used.

Even if there was a buyout, he still paid over 1000 and then dropped it for 465 keys

For the sake of suggestions, most sesh buys and sales aren’t usable. He often tends to buy hats for far above buyout and sell them far lower, occasionally in the negatives.
