calling 36 high outlier,
taking 25 - 27 keys.
25 and 26 were sold to quickbuyers (Elegy and BlaizingHaifire). While there is def a common trading point and buyers do not counter, there no reason to exclude 36 as a high outlier, esp given that it was full pure and the fact that the low-end might be slightly low.
I'm not really convinced of that. maybe if more sales pop up, i'd include, but for now I'm thinking its better to leave it out.
Convinced of what? That they were sold to qbers or that 36 is high? And what is your reasoning for 36 being high?
I'm not convinced that 36 should be included. Like you said, the CTP is much lower than 36. the fact that 26.5 resold to a QBer for 25 tells me that higher sales probably shouldn't be included.
Right now, I'm considering 36 to be a lucky high sale. If there is more evidence that 36 should be included, whether that be some PoV im no considering or more sales, then i will include it.
