700k is an outlier, 800-900k is the correct range. Selling price and buying price, are 2 sides of the same coin, they both matter.

The information is in your suggestion and the other active one; as for 700k, it is the only sale at this low a price, which I took as a quick sale.

The other suggestion is 700, but the suggester didn't use the right value.

Torb told you when you purchased this that he would have taken 700 pure. This acts as a buyout, aka what the seller would have taken in pure.

As I said, I took this as a quick sale; time will tell if the hat is worth more than the suggestion.
