All other similar unusuals have not been sold for a while.
Found a man selling one for about 32$ on steam,
And 2 on sale at 21.5$ on marketplace.tf
There are 3 other recent sales (not looking into them), along with the fact that I'm almost 99% sure a price of 9.98 is not allowed...
I would consider closing this, and suggest you see if someone can help you price this (unless someone else does it by themself)
