oh thought i posted a comment about this, guess it didn't go through.
seeing as the only movement of this hat has been to a scrap bot, (assumedly someone bought from the bot and resold for pure)
should this be resuggested with a range or closed?
the sale (assuming it can be used as evidence) and the seller point to 15 being high.
