Not sure if this'll apply here, but i've laid out my pricing basis on my mp.tf notes. I'm taking keys as 1.75$ + the 10% marketplace fee giving the final price

I meant the key value you're taking to convert from dollars to keys, but if you say so...
For a price suggestion, we don’t consider the 10% seller fee, and keys are taken as the average price of keys that day.

Keys were $1.78, so the final price would be $2333.33 / $1.78.
I did this suggestion the day it sold, so keys fluctuated and I ended up with 1304 instead of 1310. I rounded to 1300 so this wouldn’t be a problem regardless.
If you had a concrete buyout on backpack.tf, then something may have to change. But as it stands, your pricing basis will not have an effect on this suggestion because keys fluctuate. (I don’t mean to sound rude, but that’s the only way I can word it)
