I don't see any evidence that it actually sold for 10 keys. Furthermore, the other two sales seem to be buy order sales that I would not rely on for this. If you wish to update this, you'll need to find out what your sale 2 sold for (and potentially check any new sales), and use that for your suggestion.
The second sale was based on the sale Zol made and since his sales are usually automated like Rubi plus having my other suggestion accepted based on similar evidence, I thought it also applies here. The other 8 key sales were added because at that time the amount of trades for this unusual was few and the only two sales were 8 and 10, so I thought it could be used, but now that I think about it probably not. Anyways, I am waiting for the sale 2 buyer's respond and there are also other new sales. So, probably will re-suggest if there's no responds soon.
