The Blizzardy Yellow Belt was outdated when you made this (even buyers were at 30 Keys), so taking 28 is too low.
The 71 pure sale for the Chieftain was bulk with the GBH L'Inspecteur. Doesn't change anything, but still pointing it out.

The Stove Pipe you should use for the belt. It'll end up somewhere 40 - 45 Keys. I'd mini that and use 40 and whatever the Pipe is.
As for the Honcho, the Belt sale will end up around 113, so you can go 86 - 113 (or round it to 85 - 115) based on whatever the Belt is.
