20 ref is closer to 9 keys than it is 9.5? Normally I'd just accept because .25 key difference who cares but this makes the difference between range and no range.

Is it? 20 / 56.66 = ~0.35, which seems to be closer to 9.5.

No you're right; I just had a massive brain fart and did my math in terms of 10 and not 9.5. Ignore my stupidity.
