This hat with this effect has bounced back after the crate depression and is becoming more and more rare. It has been sold for 26 keys before.

The image below depicts a negotiation in which a user traded for the tipped lid for an atomic universal translator (worth 13 keys) and a terror watt safe n sound (backpack.tf states 20-22 but it sells for 13 everywhere else)

I don´t know if it it´s relevant, but I traded for this hat twice 1.5 months ago, both times for 18 Keys (Just ignore that if it´s irrelevant)
