While not explicitly in the rules of suggesting, we do require price suggestions to be comprehensible for our users and moderators. We've chosen English as universal language in which the site is written and organized and in which all affairs are handled, as we're US/Western European based originally, and consider English the most commonly spoken language in the areas where most of our active users come from.

Our moderators are required to understand English to be able to do their job, but we cannot expect them to know every user's native language. While we have some variety in origin among moderators, I believe none of them are actually Russian, so that would create an issue for us in handling them (e.g. I for one can't read Cyrillic, so I cannot read your suggestion if you make them in Russian).

This does not mean your suggestion cannot contain words from other languages, but it does mean that your sales, summary and/or rationale - the core of your suggestion - should be present in English. For example, you're free to "sign" your suggestion with a Russian signature if you wish, as long as the important info isn't.

This suggestion was made by an alt account, while being voted on with the main account, thus this counts as price manipulation and will be closed because of that.
