You can't pull a price out of thin air, either a sale or no suggestion.

cant lower it cuz its outdated.if its outdated,find another sale.opinions cannot be used to make price.here's an example:

thats not how it works

like the others have commented, you can't assume a fixed deduction off an outdated price. find recent usable sales, or wait for them
