i was reserving that for this guy, he paid me 10 keys for reserving , after a few weeks we traded 165 keys for the pistol

some proof of that would be good

if 10 keys were paid as a reservation fee, it should not be considered part of the actual trade, so if 165 keys were paid plus 10 for the reservation, then the suggested value should still be 165. It's pretty much a form of overpay; such situations can be treated similar to buyout caps.
