This seems to currently be one of one, it's assassin grade and I'm a collector, I figured I should just price suggest it now that the winter event is over.
I paid 348,64 euro (158 ish keys) and seller recieved 303,18 euro (around 138 ish keys)
This way of pricing should be in line with how community market puchases are handled in this situation.
If you are pricing with 1 sale, that range is not necessary. You set a price range when you have more sales.
I did steam community market price suggestions in the past and it worked with the way I did it here, even got correct to do it like this on my early suggestions not sure if stuff have changed.
This is the same situation as any sale on a marketplace like Marketplace.tf or the Steam Community Market. There is just one value for the suggestion, and it is the amount that the buyer paid, so in your case it would be 348,64 euros.

This is the last time I did a steam community market suggestion, I couldn't really find anywhere suggesting it would've changed when I looked but I guess I might have overlooked it if stuff have changed.
(Price you paid for) ÷ (SCM Key price at the time you bought the hat for) = X Keys suggested value
at the day of purchase the graph on steam community market shows around 2.18 euro which would probably round it to 139 - 160 keys instead, also just at 160 keys if what I'm being told about it being priced on what buyer paid only nowadays with steam community market sales.
