since ur proof is guess work my guess would be its this guy who lowered the b/o from 75 to 55 and sold in 2 days or maybe to a buy order

nothing points to 48 being a qs considering current buy orders, i checked cache but there doesn't seem to be a cached version of the mptf page around so we wont know if 85 is to a buy order.

and as stated, 88k was unsold for a month, shows any value >88 as being high

idk, maybe wait for more sales?
