well anyways you should look into other sales

other PayPal based suggestions have used the agreed key price.

there are (or were) keys on bitskins for around 1.6 and cs.deals.

for a paypal cash trade, if 2 users agree to a key price and there is valid documentation then yes, that can be used as the key price
