Using 33 despite a quickbuyer being involved, we have lots of data points ~30 Keys, 30 and 31 went through a buy order ( https://bot.tf/stats/listings/Y7DV750K ) but 33 didn't

Rolling with a wide range, it's not ideal here so we shall see if new data points pop up
