This is a tricky sitiation:

We have 4 sales here, and only one is being used in the suggestion. The one being used is statistically an outlier, all other sales are at least 350 keys lower. Going with a flat value raise here based on only the very highest sale with those other 3 sales in mind does not seem right. Id have given it a pass if the only low sale was that peak one, but there are two other low sales.

That would leave two options:

1) You could include 500 here (499, can be rounded); it sold fast, but with two even lower sales, it selling fast does not make it fall outside a common trading range.

2) This could be left outdated. This may be an interesting option since the sales are as scattered as they are.

Either of these would work for me, so feel free to resuggest if you wish; otherwise you can close it and leave it outdated for now.
