this is a resuggestion and 21 was somewhat valid back then, but instead going with 19-20 seeing unsolds at 20

Unsold at 18 for a while, and a few lower sellers have popped up from time to time.

Given the circumstances I'm going to accept this as close enough, as an argument could be made for 18-21, which has the same mean.
