No, you need actual sales. Not sellers and buyers.
You can check sales with using the 'compare' links when checking a person's inventory.

Another heads up, you need to do a "mini" suggestion on the jeep cap due to the price on it being 2 years old

That bomber sale seems way less than what the same user bought for, but that may require looking into the bomber.
