Buyouts = what a hat is or was listed at, with that being the price in keys/ref this person would (have to) take.

This is used to cap certain item sales depending on whether the buyout was lower than the unusual value or not. If it wasn't we just take whatever value we get out of those unusuals after all Minis etc. have been made.

If it's lower then we'll push the sale value down to that point. We can always ask for a Mod if there's confusion on anything. That should sum it up.
