The screenshots for the 38 sale don't work, so I don't see how you got that value. I see it sold with the MG Waxy for ~61 keys.
Shuffle Spy told me to take the sale as 38 based on their recorded bot.tf statistics.
He said that the Trippler seemed to have been sold for 38 Keys and 2 Refined and the Waxy for 23 Keys and 5 Refined.
I think this is what he was referring to. Sorry for the previous broken link.

The guy that sold the Tippler had a buy-order at 38 Keys and 2 Refined.
Other buy-orders were going at 35 Keys and 6 Refined and/or less.
