It is currently 1 of 1, and other similar tier effects on the go for around 50 keys (Roboactive: 49 keys, Purple Energy: 42 keys, Time Warp: 45 keys, and Something Burning This Way Comes: 58-65 keys). Although the hat itself is a low tier, the fact that there is one in the world and has a high tier effect in Frostbit all together I believe makes the price of this hat balance out to 45-55 keys.

Even if it was possible to price things by comparing, most platinum pickelhaubes have an outdated price.
