These sell kinda rarely as shown in their marketplace chart: https://marketplace.tf/items/tf2/120;5;u59

This means they're quite undesirable. At the moment, there are only two sell orders up, one for 8k and the other for a 7 and some change.

Due to the fact the most recent accepted suggestion for this item's price was 2 years ago, I think the current market is the best thing to go off.
