With two sales for less, I think your sale at 1500+ is the outlier. I would probably still go off the pure sale. It's a cash sale and that's as legit as it gets imo.
Shuffle told me use 1500, so I went with that
I'm good for any price I just need to know what price it has to be at so I can stop resuggesting
