I thought we weren't allowed to use sales like this because we can't 100% prove that it sold for that?

If the keys are visible and they match, then the sale can be used.

Which is the case for the 17 Key sale... but not for the 15 Key sale.

There's also the general bot.tf rule for taunts, but that doesn't seem to apply in this case. So 15 Keys will be invalid unless the keys can somehow be found.

This should be resuggested at 17 flat.
