Originally, I feel as if you proved the current range is fine. There were no sales at 4.22 in the past week, but it's tough to say without the full picture - please include more in your screenshots in the future. Also, in general, please do make sure your suggestions are meaningful (see relevant section here for tips/background https://forums.backpack.tf/topic/36705-rules-for-non-unusual-suggestions/) - imo a change from 4-4.11 to 4-4.22 isn't really necessary.
