The only seller is selling for 65 keys. But it won't let me price higher than 58.84 keys

sellers aren't an evidence also you are the seller so....

sell it for 40 keys then you can price it at 40 keys!

selling at =/= price.

If it was sold, sure. It's evidence. But you can't just blatenly throw your suggestion out. You need evidence and more proof.
