If you're valuing the 110 sale at 100 because it was sold to you for less, then I see no reason not to include the 113 sale as your high end instead.

I don't know, the more I look at it, the more I feel 97 and up is an outlier now, unsolds just stay unsold
So the capuchon sale has a chance of either supporting a high end between 100-110. The rotation sale I mentioned above might fall in the same ballpark, even if it's used there.
You should get a full suggestion up for the capuchon, since that might just be the solid high end that you're looking for.
