Maybe being pedantic but maybe 19-24 due to overwhelming # of sales @ 19?

I don't think including 19 is a good idea, given the amount of buyers. given that cheapest's sale to zol rounds to 20, I'd say the current range is fine and has more evidence.

Eyes played tricks on me and thought I saw 3 at 19; regardless the difference is pretty marginal.
