you shouldn't be creating a range from a single sale

i also asked other traders what they think it should be priced at they said around 35-40 keys as well.

Sounds like they were just giving you a ballpark estimate for their opinions rather than an estimated value based on proof of sales.

If this is the only valid trade within 3 months (idk I haven’t checked) then this should be more likely to be accepted if you resuggest with a flat value.
